Soil: Amended, moist but well-drained soil. Fertilize in spring.
Description: Deciduous tree with a dense, rounded habit and medium green leaves that turn golden in fall. Orange-red, tubular flowers in summer give way to medium-sized, orange-pink fruit in fall. The pink, sweet seeds are softer than other pomegranates and don’t stain. Suitable for fresh eating and preserves. Prune in winter. Self-pollinating.
