Soil: Tolerates a variety of soil conditions, drought, and urban pollution once established.
Description: Feathery leaves emerge bronze in spring and mature to a bright green by summer then fade to gold in fall. Shed blossoms and leaves form a beautiful golden carpet under the tree. Bright yellow flowers appear in early summer in foot-long panicles. Makes a great specimen tree, especially against red brick.
