Description: Glossy, evergreen leaves provide a steady base to shade gardens. In February, tiny white , very fragrant flowers bloom for the rest of the late winter, giving way to shiny, attractive black berries by early spring. Takes a few years to establish, but provides a nice shrubby ground cover. Holds up in dry, acidic and clay soils once established!
