Punica granatum 'Nana' (Dwarf Pomegranate)

Height: 3 feet
Spread: 3 feet
Light: Full sun
Soil: Amended, moist but well-drained soil.
Description: Semi-evergreen, rounded, dwarf shrub with small, medium green leaves that emerge with red accents and then turn yellow in fall. Orange-red flowers in summer give way to medium, purple-red fruit in fall. Seeds are juicy and slightly tart. Fruit is suitable for fresh eating or juicing and the small size of the shrub makes it great in containers or small gardens. Prune in winter. Self-pollinating.
