Veronica ‘Giles Van Hess’ (Dwarf speedwell)

Height: 6-10 inches
Spread: 10-12 inches
Light: Full to part sun
Soil: Average, well-drained soil. Susceptible to crown rot in poorly drained soils.
Description: Small, lance-shaped medium green leaves form a low, spreading clump. Spires of dense, reddish-pink flowers rise 6” above foliage in late spring – summer. Very attractive to bees and butterflies. Cut flowers hold up well in the vase. Shear to basal growth in late summer to refresh foliage and encourage a fall flush of blooms. Deer and rabbit resistant.
