Sarracenia leucophylla 'Tarnok' (White-topped Pitcher Plant)

Height: 2 feet
Spread: 2 feet
Light: Sun
Soil: Equal parts peat and sand.
Description: Pitchers are wonderfully colored with the top third pigmented white with red and green veins. Flowers of this plant have an odd, Chrysanthemum sort of look to them. These double flowers are unique to ‘Tarnok’ and are the result of a pretty cool genetic mutation. Great container plant! Create your own growing mix with peat and sand. Sit in a tray of water in a sunny spot and keep moist. Easy to grow! Will spread if happy. Perennial. Not evergreen. Named by the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
