Soil: Provide moist, amended soil during first year in the ground, then very drought tolerant.
Description: A new, compact, low-growing black-eyed Susan with full-sized, deep green foliage that forms a low mound. Flowers have bright yellow petals around brown disks. Blooms repeatedly from late spring through fall. Deadhead to promote faster reblooming. Bee and butterfly attractor; also good as cut flowers in the house. Tolerates poor soil, clay, urban pollution, and neglect.
