Phlox divaricata 'Parksville Beach' (Pink Woodland Phlox)

Soil: Amended, well-drained soil.
Description: Dark green foliage is hardly seen when this little beauty comes into bloom! Perennial. Bright purple-pink flowers top plants in early spring. Cut back after the first blooms to promote another round of flowers. A terrific companion plant for other spring bloomers like native crested Iris (I. cristata) and foamflower (Tiarella). Found by Plant Delights owner, Tony Avent, in Polk County, TN.
