Narcissus 'Diamond Ring' (Hoop Petticoat Daffodil)

Height: 6-12 inches
Spread: 6-12 inches
Light: Full sun.
Soil: Average soil and water needs.
Description: Thin, rounded, grass-like foliage that tends to curl around the ground emerges in mid- to late winter. Yellow hooped flowers are held aloft on short stalks. This cultivar is very floriferous and features the largest flowers of the subspecies. Pairs well with other early blooming bulbs and at the base of shrubs and trees. Bulbs will naturalize over time. Do not cut back the foliage when the flowers go by. Allow foliage to go dormant on its own over several weeks so the bulbs can recharge for next year. Plant this clump as is – do not divide.
