Aquilegia canadensis 'Little Lanterns' (Little Lanterns Columbine)

Height: 12 inches (in bloom)
Spread: 12 inches
Light: Part sun to part shade, but not too much of either!
Soil: Moist, amended soil. Goes dormant in summer if allowed to dry out.
Description: Mounding deeply-lobed foliage works well in almost any garden setting. Evergreen if kept dry in winter and wet in summer.
Red and yellow nodding flowers cover the plant in early to late spring. Hummingbird favorite! A perfect addition to a rustic or cottage garden due to its tendency to naturalize. More compact than the species.
