Anemone tomentosa 'Robustissima' (Japanese Anemone)

Light: Part sun to part shade. Best in morning sun and afternoon shade.
Soil: Amended, moist soil. Tolerant of wet spots.
Description: Herbaceous perennial that forms an open clump of deep green, fuzzy, slightly lobed and serrated foliage. Blushing flowers on upright stems top the plant in mid-fall. Colors will range from white to pink to rose, all with cheerful yellow stamens. Suitable for massing or paired with helianthus, aster, hellebores, and autumn ferns.
