perennial:Ajania pacifica (Silver-and-Gold Chrysanthemum)

Height: 2 feet
Spread: 2 feet
Light: Full sun to part shade.
Soil: Amended, moist but well-drained soil.
Description: Herbaceous perennial that forms a dense, mounding clump of lobed, medium green leaves with silver margins and undersides.
Grown primarily for its nice foliage, but small, yellow, daisy-like flowers top the plant in fall, adding a sweet touch of color. Suitable for massing or as a textural addition to the rustic garden. Foliage is attractive even when not blooming. Try it with Aster, Echinacea and grasses or with crimson Berberis.
