Miscanthus sinensis 'Little Zebra' (Striped Maiden Grass)

Description: M. 'Little Zebra' is a dwarf mutation of Miscanthus sinensis discovered by Michigan's Thomas Walsh. Forming a tidy mound of green foliage, M. 'Little Zebra' features prominent, yellow horizontal banding. In late summer, the attractive plumes emerge wine-purple. Excellent ornamental grass for smaller gardens.
